The Leader with responsibility for Remote Learning is Hazel Simmons, Headteacher.
Engagement & Learning Programmes for your child
First and foremost, we welcome and encourage all our pupils to attend school. We know that many of our pupils have very firm ideas about what place they learn in and what place is for family time. We also understand that many of our pupils find it extremely difficult to engage with on-line learning... and so being in school is practical and beneficial whenever that is safe and viable.
However, for those who must be at home because of concerns about health issues in the family, or because of outbreaks of COVID... we are providing a remote education programme. Our chief aim is to ensure children continue to work towards their EHCP objectives, make progress with communication, literacy and numeracy and develop skills for life.
